આધાર પ્રમાણીકરણ ઇતિહાસ

એક ભૂલ કોડ પ્રમાણીકરણ વ્યવહારની નિષ્ફળતા માટે વિગતો/કારણ પ્રદાન કરે છે. એરર કોડની વિગતો માટે, નિવાસી UIDAI વેબસાઇટ પર પ્રકાશિત આધાર પ્રમાણીકરણ API દસ્તાવેજનો સંદર્ભ લઈ શકે છે. નીચે ભૂલ કોડ સૂચિ છે - "100" - વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી વસ્તી વિષયક માહિતી મેળ ખાતી નથી. "200" - વ્યક્તિગત સરનામું વસ્તી વિષયક ડેટા મેળ ખાતો નથી. “300” – બાયોમેટ્રિક ડેટા મેળ ખાતો નથી. "310" - ડુપ્લિકેટ આંગળીઓનો ઉપયોગ. "311" - ડુપ્લિકેટ Irises વપરાયેલ. “312” – એફએમઆર અને એફઆઈઆરનો એક જ વ્યવહારમાં ઉપયોગ કરી શકાતો નથી. "313" - એક FIR રેકોર્ડમાં એક કરતાં વધુ આંગળીઓ હોય છે. “314” – FMR/FIR ની સંખ્યા 10 થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ. “315” – IIR ની સંખ્યા 2 થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ. “316” – FID ની સંખ્યા 1 થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ. “330” – બાયોમેટ્રિક્સ આધાર ધારક દ્વારા લૉક કરવામાં આવે છે. “400” – અમાન્ય OTP મૂલ્ય. “402” – “txn” મૂલ્ય વિનંતી OTP API માં વપરાયેલ “txn” મૂલ્ય સાથે મેળ ખાતું નથી. "500" - સત્ર કીનું અમાન્ય એન્ક્રિપ્શન. "501" - "Skey" ના "ci" લક્ષણમાં અમાન્ય પ્રમાણપત્ર ઓળખકર્તા. "502" - PID નું અમાન્ય એન્ક્રિપ્શન. "503" - Hmac નું અમાન્ય એન્ક્રિપ્શન. "504" - સમાપ્તિ અથવા સમન્વયની બહાર કીને કારણે સત્ર કી પુનઃપ્રારંભ જરૂરી છે. “505” – AUA માટે સિંક્રનાઇઝ્ડ કીના ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. "510" - અમાન્ય Auth XML ફોર્મેટ. "511" - અમાન્ય PID XML ફોર્મેટ. “512” – “Auth” ના “rc” એટ્રિબ્યુટમાં અમાન્ય આધાર ધારકની સંમતિ. "520" - અમાન્ય "tid" મૂલ્ય. "521" - મેટા ટેગ હેઠળ અમાન્ય "dc" કોડ. "524" - મેટા ટેગ હેઠળ અમાન્ય "mi" કોડ. "527" - મેટા ટેગ હેઠળ અમાન્ય "mc" કોડ. "530" - અમાન્ય પ્રમાણકર્તા કોડ. "540" - અમાન્ય Auth XML સંસ્કરણ. "541" - અમાન્ય PID XML સંસ્કરણ. “542” – AUA ASA માટે અધિકૃત નથી. જો AUA અને ASA ની પોર્ટલમાં લિંકિંગ ન હોય તો આ ભૂલ પરત કરવામાં આવશે. "543" - સબ-AUA "AUA" સાથે સંકળાયેલ નથી. જો પોર્ટલમાં “સબ-AUA” તરીકે “sa” એટ્રિબ્યુટમાં ઉલ્લેખિત સબ-AUA ઉમેરવામાં ન આવે તો આ ભૂલ પરત કરવામાં આવશે. "550" - અમાન્ય "ઉપયોગો" તત્વ લક્ષણો. "551" - અમાન્ય "tid" મૂલ્ય. "553" - નોંધાયેલ ઉપકરણો હાલમાં સમર્થિત નથી. આ સુવિધા તબક્કાવાર લાગુ કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. “554” – સાર્વજનિક ઉપકરણોનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની મંજૂરી નથી. “555” – rdsId અમાન્ય છે અને પ્રમાણપત્ર રજિસ્ટ્રીનો ભાગ નથી. “556” – rdsVer અમાન્ય છે અને પ્રમાણપત્ર રજિસ્ટ્રીનો ભાગ નથી. “557” – dpId અમાન્ય છે અને પ્રમાણપત્ર રજિસ્ટ્રીનો ભાગ નથી. “558” – અમાન્ય dih. “559” – ઉપકરણ પ્રમાણપત્ર સમાપ્ત થઈ ગયું છે. “560” – DP માસ્ટર સર્ટિફિકેટની સમયસીમા સમાપ્ત થઈ ગઈ છે. “561” – વિનંતી સમાપ્ત થઈ ગઈ (“Pid->ts” મૂલ્ય N કલાક કરતાં જૂનું છે જ્યાં N પ્રમાણીકરણ સર્વરમાં ગોઠવેલ થ્રેશોલ્ડ છે). "562" - ટાઇમસ્ટેમ્પ મૂલ્ય એ ભાવિ સમય છે (નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ મૂલ્ય "Pid->ts" સ્વીકાર્ય થ્રેશોલ્ડની બહાર પ્રમાણીકરણ સર્વર સમય કરતાં આગળ છે). “563” – ડુપ્લિકેટ વિનંતી (આ ભૂલ ત્યારે થાય છે જ્યારે AUA દ્વારા બરાબર સમાન પ્રમાણીકરણ વિનંતી ફરીથી મોકલવામાં આવી હતી). "564" - HMAC માન્યતા નિષ્ફળ. “565” – AUA લાઇસન્સ સમાપ્ત થઈ ગયું છે. "566" - અમાન્ય બિન-ડિક્રિપ્ટેબલ લાઇસન્સ કી. “567” – અમાન્ય ઇનપુટ (આ ભૂલ ત્યારે થાય છે જ્યારે ભારતીય ભાષાના મૂલ્યો, “lname” અથવા “lav”માં અસમર્થિત અક્ષરો જોવા મળે). "568" - અસમર્થિત ભાષા. “569” – ડિજિટલ હસ્તાક્ષર ચકાસણી નિષ્ફળ ગઈ (એટલે કે પ્રમાણીકરણ વિનંતી XML પર હસ્તાક્ષર થયા પછી તેમાં ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો). “570” – ડિજિટલ હસ્તાક્ષરમાં અમાન્ય કી માહિતી (આનો અર્થ એ છે કે પ્રમાણીકરણ વિનંતી પર હસ્તાક્ષર કરવા માટે વપરાતું પ્રમાણપત્ર માન્ય નથી – તે કાં તો સમાપ્ત થઈ ગયું છે, અથવા તે AUA સાથે સંબંધિત નથી અથવા જાણીતા પ્રમાણન અધિકારી દ્વારા બનાવવામાં આવ્યું નથી). "571" - PIN ને રીસેટ કરવાની જરૂર છે. "572" - અમાન્ય બાયોમેટ્રિક સ્થિતિ. “573” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ Pi ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “574”– લાયસન્સ મુજબ Pa ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “575”- લાયસન્સ મુજબ Pfa ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “576” - લાયસન્સ મુજબ FMR ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “577” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ FIR ના ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “578” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ IIR ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “579” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ OTP ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “580” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ પિનનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની મંજૂરી નથી. “581” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ અસ્પષ્ટ મેચિંગ ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “582” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ સ્થાનિક ભાષાના ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. “586” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ FID ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી નથી. આ સુવિધા તબક્કાવાર લાગુ કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. "587" - નામની જગ્યાને મંજૂરી નથી. “588” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ રજિસ્ટર્ડ ઉપકરણની મંજૂરી નથી. “590” – લાયસન્સ મુજબ સાર્વજનિક ઉપકરણને મંજૂરી નથી. "710" - "ઉપયોગો" માં ઉલ્લેખિત "Pi" ડેટા ખૂટે છે. "720" - "ઉપયોગો" માં ઉલ્લેખિત "પા" ડેટા ખૂટે છે. "721" - "ઉપયોગો" માં ઉલ્લેખિત "Pfa" ડેટા ખૂટે છે. "730" - "ઉપયોગો" માં ઉલ્લેખિત PIN ડેટા ખૂટે છે. "740" - "ઉપયોગો" માં ઉલ્લેખિત OTP ડેટા ખૂટે છે. "800" - અમાન્ય બાયોમેટ્રિક ડેટા. "810" - "ઉપયોગો" માં ઉલ્લેખિત બાયોમેટ્રિક ડેટા ખૂટે છે. “811” – આપેલ આધાર નંબર માટે CIDR માં બાયોમેટ્રિક ડેટા ખૂટે છે. “812” – આધાર ધારકે “બેસ્ટ ફિંગર ડિટેક્શન” કર્યું નથી. આધાર ધારકને તેમની શ્રેષ્ઠ આંગળીઓ ઓળખવામાં મદદ કરવા માટે અરજીએ BFD શરૂ કરવી જોઈએ. "820" - "ઉપયોગો" તત્વમાં "bt" વિશેષતા માટે ખૂટતું અથવા ખાલી મૂલ્ય. "821" - "ઉપયોગો" તત્વના "bt" લક્ષણમાં અમાન્ય મૂલ્ય. "822" - "Pid" ની અંદર "Bio" તત્વના "bs" લક્ષણમાં અમાન્ય મૂલ્ય. "901" - કોઈ પ્રમાણીકરણ નથી

યુ. આઈ. ડી. એ. આઈ. વસ્તી વિષયક, બાયોમેટ્રિક (ફિંગરપ્રિન્ટ, આઇરિસ અથવા ચહેરો) અથવા વન ટાઇમ પાસવર્ડ (ઓ. ટી. પી.) જેવી વિવિધ પદ્ધતિઓ સાથે પ્રમાણીકરણ સુવિધા પ્રદાન કરે છે. ઑથ મોડાલિટી તે ચોક્કસ પ્રમાણીકરણ વ્યવહાર કરવા માટે ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતી પ્રમાણીકરણની રીત દર્શાવે છે.

 આધાર નંબર ધારક દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતા દરેક પ્રમાણીકરણ વ્યવહાર માટે, એયુએ વ્યવહારને ઓળખવા માટે એક અનન્ય વ્યવહાર આઈડી બનાવે છે અને પ્રમાણીકરણ વિનંતીના ભાગરૂપે તેને યુઆઈડીએઆઈને મોકલે છે. રિસ્પોન્સ કોડ સાથે આ ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન આઇડીનો ઉપયોગ આધાર નંબર ધારક દ્વારા એયુએ પાસેથી કોઈપણ વધુ પૂછપરછ માટે કરી શકાય છે.

આધાર નંબર ધારક દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતા દરેક પ્રમાણીકરણ વ્યવહાર માટે, યુઆઈડીએઆઈ વ્યવહારોને ઓળખવા માટે એક અનોખો કોડ બનાવે છે અને તેને પ્રતિસાદ સાથે પ્રમાણીકરણ વપરાશકર્તા એજન્સી (એયુએ) ને મોકલે છે. આ પ્રતિસાદ કોડ એયુએ તેમજ યુઆઈડીએઆઈ દ્વારા વ્યવહારને અનન્ય રીતે ઓળખવા માટે મદદરૂપ છે અને આધાર નંબર ધારક દ્વારા એયુએ તરફથી કોઈપણ વધુ પૂછપરછ માટે તેનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય છે.

જો આધાર નંબર ધારક દ્વારા સૂચિબદ્ધ પ્રમાણીકરણ વ્યવહાર કરવામાં ન આવે, તો નિવાસી વધુ વિગતો માટે સંબંધિત પ્રમાણીકરણ વપરાશકર્તા એજન્સી (એયુએ) નો સંપર્ક કરી શકે છે.

 દરેક નિષ્ફળ પ્રમાણીકરણ વ્યવહાર રેકોર્ડ માટે, ચોક્કસ ભૂલ કોડ સોંપવામાં આવે છે. નિષ્ફળતાનું કારણ જાણવા માટે કૃપા કરીને તે નિષ્ફળ પ્રમાણીકરણ વ્યવહાર સામે ભૂલ કોડ નંબરની વિગતો તપાસો.

 આધાર નંબર ધારક કોઈપણ ઓથેન્ટિકેશન યુઝર એજન્સી (AUA) દ્વારા અથવા તેના દ્વારા છેલ્લા 6 મહિનામાં કરવામાં આવેલ તમામ પ્રમાણીકરણ રેકોર્ડની વિગતો જોઈ શકે છે. જો કે, એક સમયે વધુમાં વધુ 50 રેકોર્ડ જોઈ શકાય છે. જો આધાર નંબર ધારક વધુ રેકોર્ડ્સ તપાસવા માંગે છે, તો તેણે કેલેન્ડરમાં તારીખ શ્રેણી પસંદ કરવાની જરૂર પડી શકે છે અને તે મુજબ પ્રમાણીકરણ રેકોર્ડ્સ જોઈ શકાય છે."

 નિવાસી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ દરેક પ્રમાણીકરણ સામે આધાર પ્રમાણીકરણ ઇતિહાસમાં નીચેની માહિતી નિવાસી મેળવી શકે છે. 1. પ્રમાણીકરણ પદ્ધતિ. 2. પ્રમાણીકરણની તારીખ અને સમય. 3. UIDAI પ્રતિભાવ કોડ. 4. એયુએનું નામ 5. AUA ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન ID (કોડ સાથે) 6. પ્રમાણીકરણ પ્રતિસાદ (સફળતા/નિષ્ફળતા) 7. યુઆઈડીએઆઈ એરર કોડ"

નિવાસી યુ. આઈ. ડી. એ. આઈ. ની વેબસાઇટ <આઈ. ડી. 1> પરથી અથવા એમ. આધાર એપ દ્વારા તેના આધાર નંબર/વી. આઈ. ડી. નો ઉપયોગ કરીને તેનો આધાર પ્રમાણીકરણ ઇતિહાસ ચકાસી શકે છે અને સુરક્ષા કોડ દાખલ કરી શકે છે અને નિર્ધારિત પ્રક્રિયાને અનુસરી શકે છે. નોંધઃ આ સેવાનો લાભ લેવા માટે નોંધાયેલ મોબાઇલ નંબર ફરજિયાત છે.

 પ્રમાણીકરણ ઇતિહાસ સેવા યુ. આઈ. ડી. એ. આઈ. ની વેબસાઇટ પર યુ. આર. એલ. <આઇ. ડી. 1> પર હોસ્ટ કરવામાં આવી છે અથવા રેસિડેન્ટ આ સેવાનો ઉપયોગ એમઆધાર એપ દ્વારા કરી શકે છે 

યુ. આઈ. ડી. એ. આઈ. ની વેબસાઇટ પર આધાર પ્રમાણીકરણ ઇતિહાસ સેવા છેલ્લા છ મહિનામાં વ્યક્તિગત નિવાસી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલા આધાર પ્રમાણીકરણ માટે વિગતવાર પ્રમાણીકરણ વ્યવહારો લોગ પ્રદાન કરે છે અને દાખલા તરીકે મહત્તમ 50 રેકોર્ડ જોઈ શકાય છે.

Below are Error Code List -

“100” – Personal information demographic data did not match.

“200” – Personal address demographic data did not match.

“300” – Biometric data did not match.

“310” – Duplicate fingers used.

“311” – Duplicate Irises used.

“312” – FMR and FIR cannot be used in same transaction.

“313” – Single FIR record contains more than one finger.

“314” – Number of FMR/FIR should not exceed 10.

“315” – Number of IIR should not exceed 2.

“316” – Number of FID should not exceed 1.

“330” – Biometrics locked by Aadhaar holder.

“400” – Invalid OTP value.

“402” – “txn” value did not match with “txn” value used in Request OTP API.

“500” – Invalid encryption of session key.

“501” – Invalid certificate identifier in “ci” attribute of “Skey”.

“502” – Invalid encryption of PID.

“503” – Invalid encryption of Hmac.

“504” – Session key re-initiation required due to expiry or key out of sync.

“505” – Synchronized Key usage not allowed for the AUA.

“510” – Invalid Auth XML format.

“511” – Invalid PID XML format.

“512” – Invalid Aadhaar holder consent in “rc” attribute of “Auth”.

“520” – Invalid “tid” value.

“521” – Invalid “dc” code under Meta tag.

“524” – Invalid “mi” code under Meta tag.

“527” – Invalid “mc” code under Meta tag.

“530” – Invalid authenticator code.

“540” – Invalid Auth XML version.

“541” – Invalid PID XML version.

“542” – AUA not authorized for ASA. This error will be returned if AUA and ASA do not have linking in the portal.

“543” – Sub-AUA not associated with “AUA”. This error will be returned if Sub-AUA specified in “sa” attribute is not added as “Sub-AUA” in portal.

“550” – Invalid “Uses” element attributes.

“551” – Invalid “tid” value.

“553” – Registered devices currently not supported. This feature is being implemented in a phased manner.

“554” – Public devices are not allowed to be used.

“555” – rdsId is invalid and not part of certification registry.

“556” – rdsVer is invalid and not part of certification registry.

“557” – dpId is invalid and not part of certification registry.

“558” – Invalid dih.

“559” – Device Certificate has expired.

“560” – DP Master Certificate has expired.

“561” – Request expired (“Pid->ts” value is older than N hours where N is a configured threshold in authentication server).

“562” – Timestamp value is future time (value specified “Pid->ts” is ahead of authentication server time beyond acceptable threshold).

“563” – Duplicate request (this error occurs when exactly same authentication request was re-sent by AUA).

“564” – HMAC Validation failed.

“565” – AUA license has expired.

“566” – Invalid non-decryptable license key.

“567” – Invalid input (this error occurs when unsupported characters were found in Indian language values, “lname” or “lav”).

“568” – Unsupported Language.

“569” – Digital signature verification failed (means that authentication request XML was modified after it was signed).

“570” – Invalid key info in digital signature (this means that certificate used for signing the authentication request is not valid – it is either expired, or does not belong to the AUA or is not created by a well-known Certification Authority).

“571” – PIN requires reset.

“572” – Invalid biometric position.

“573” – Pi usage not allowed as per license.

“574”– Pa usage not allowed as per license.

“575”– Pfa usage not allowed as per license.

“576” - FMR usage not allowed as per license.

“577” – FIR usage not allowed as per license.

“578” – IIR usage not allowed as per license.

“579” – OTP usage not allowed as per license.

“580” – PIN usage not allowed as per license.

“581” – Fuzzy matching usage not allowed as per license.

“582” – Local language usage not allowed as per license.

“586” – FID usage not allowed as per license. This feature is being implemented in a phased manner.

“587” – Name space not allowed.

“588” – Registered device not allowed as per license.

“590” – Public device not allowed as per license.

“710” – Missing “Pi” data as specified in “Uses”.

“720” – Missing “Pa” data as specified in “Uses”.

“721” – Missing “Pfa” data as specified in “Uses”.

“730” – Missing PIN data as specified in “Uses”.

“740” – Missing OTP data as specified in “Uses”.

“800” – Invalid biometric data.

“810” – Missing biometric data as specified in “Uses”.

“811” – Missing biometric data in CIDR for the given Aadhaar number.

“812” – Aadhaar holder has not done “Best Finger Detection”. Application should initiate BFD to help Aadhaar holder identify their best fingers.

“820” – Missing or empty value for “bt” attribute in “Uses” element.

“821” – Invalid value in the “bt” attribute of “Uses” element.

“822” – Invalid value in the “bs” attribute of “Bio” element within “Pid”.

“901” – No authentication data found in the request (this corresponds to a scenario wherein none of the auth data – Demo, Pv, or Bios – is present).

“902” – Invalid “dob” value in the “Pi” element (this corresponds to a scenarios wherein “dob” attribute is not of the format “YYYY” or “YYYYMM-DD”, or the age is not in valid range).

“910” – Invalid “mv” value in the “Pi” element.

“911” – Invalid “mv” value in the “Pfa” element.

“912” – Invalid “ms” value.

“913” – Both “Pa” and “Pfa” are present in the authentication request (Pa and Pfa are mutually exclusive).

“930 to 939” – Technical error that are internal to authentication server.

“940” – Unauthorized ASA channel.

“941” – Unspecified ASA channel.

“950” – OTP store related technical error.

“951” – Biometric lock related technical error.

“980” – Unsupported option.

“995” – Aadhaar suspended by competent authority.

“996” – Aadhaar cancelled (Aadhaar is no in authenticable status).

“997” – Aadhaar suspended (Aadhaar is not in authenticatable status).

“998” – Invalid Aadhaar Number.

“999” – Unknown error.

Aadhaar number holder can check his/her Authentication transaction records for last six months.

Aadhaar number holder can view details of all authentication records performed by any Authentication User Agency (AUA) or by him/her in the last 6 months. However, maximum of 50 records can be viewed at one point of time.

For every failed authentication transaction record, specific error code is assigned. Please check the details of error code number against that failed authentication transaction to know the reason of failure.

If the listed authentication transaction is not performed by the Aadhaar number holder, resident may contact the respective Authentication User Agency (AUA) for further details.

For every authentication transaction performed by an Aadhaar number holder, UIDAI generates a unique code to identify the transactions and sends the same to Authentication User Agency (AUA) along with the response. This Response Code is helpful to uniquely identify the transaction by AUA as well as UIDAI and may be used for any further enquiry from AUA by the Aadhaar number holder.

For every authentication transaction performed by an Aadhaar number holder, AUA generates a unique Transaction ID to identify the transaction and sends the same to UIDAI as part of the authentication request. This Transaction ID along with Response Code can be used for any further enquiry from AUA by the Aadhaar number holder.

UIDAI provides authentication facility with different modes such as demographic, biometric (fingerprint or iris) or One Time Password (OTP). Auth Modality shows the mode of authentication used to perform that specific authentication transaction.
