At the Head Office of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDIA), the CEO is supported by eight Deputy Directors General (DDGs), who are Joint Secretary–level officers overseeing key functional areas. They are assisted by a structured team including ADGs, Deputy Directors, Section Officers, and support staff. With a sanctioned strength of 134, the HO ensures effective coordination, administration, and policy implementation.

Each Regional Office of the Unique Identification Authority of India is led by a Deputy Director General (DDG), ensuring effective regional administration and service delivery. The DDG is supported by a well-defined team comprising Directors, Assistant Directors General, Deputy Directors, Section Officers, and other administrative staff, enabling smooth operations, coordination, and implementation of Aadhaar-related activities across their respective jurisdictions.

After downloading the app, the Aadhaar Number Holder (ANH): →Select Language→ Enters their Aadhaar number → Agrees to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy → Chooses the SIM card → Performs Face Authentication → Gets registered on the app → Sets a 6-digit PIN to secure access to the app.

Presently, the Aadhaar app offers various services like - Mobile Number Update, Address Update, Biometric lock/unlock, Selective Sharing of Aadhaar Verifiable Credential, check Authentication History, download e-Aadhaar, share Contact Card, Track my request, etc.
