When online update request is considered as served?
Online update request is deemed "served" after downloadable acknowledgement receipt (invoice) is generated with Service Request Number (SRN) after successful processing of payment on the portal. No refund or chargeback is applicable for such requests. For tracking of processing status SRN is conveyed to the user through portal, invoice or SMS.
