Aadhaar Seva Kendras provides all type of Aadhaar services such as
1. New Enrolment for all age group.

Aadhaar Seva Kendras are open all 7 days of the week excluding national/regional holidays. Normally it functions from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (IST).

Aadhaar has an inclusive approach and its enrolment/ update processes are accessible to all including persons with disabilities. The Regulation 6 of Aadhaar (Enrolment and update) Regulations, 2016 provides for enrolment of individuals seeking to enrol with biometric exceptions, which inter-alia lays down that:

1. For Individuals seeking enrolment who are unable to provide fingerprints, owing to reasons such as injury, deformities, amputation of the fingers/ hands or any other relevant reason, only Iris scans of such individuals will be collected.
2. For Individuals seeking enrolment who are unable to provide any biometric information contemplated by these regulations, the Authority shall provide for handling of such exceptions in the enrolment and update software, and such enrolment shall be carried out as per the procedure as may be specified by the Authority for this purpose.

 Aadhaar Enrolment & Update Charges

You can check the status of Aadhaar generation from https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/CheckAadhaarStatus by entering enrolment number (Enrolment ID), date and time given on the acknowledgement slip.

• If status is displayed as “Your Aadhaar has been generated”:
• You can view and download the electronic copy of Aadhaar i.e. e-Aadhaar from https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genricDownloadAadhaar This requires mobile OTP authentication received on mobile number and can be availed of only if mobile number is provided at the time of enrolment. This service is free of charge.
• You may also order Aadhaar PVC card from https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genricPVC by providing Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID along with date and timestamp. This service can be availed of even if your mobile number is not linked with your Aadhaar. In such case, you can order PVC card by providing any mobile number to receive OTP for verification. The PVC card will be dispatched to the address which was provided at the time of enrolment. This service is chargeable at Rs. 50/- per Aadhaar PVC card.
• Aadhaar number can be retrieved and downloaded by visiting any Aadhaar Enrolment Centre in person through “Print Aadhaar” option by providing Enrolment ID and authenticate yourself by (finger print or iris). This service is chargeable at Rs. 30/- per print.
• The Aadhaar letter shall also be delivered on the address provided at the time of enrolment.

Option 2:      You may also order Aadhaar PVC card from https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genricPVC by providing Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID along with date and timestamp. This service can be availed even if your mobile number is not linked with your Aadhaar.  In such case you can order PVC card by providing any mobile number to receive OTP for verification. • After selecting Language option, Key-in option 1 (request status) followed by option 2 (request of Aadhaar enrolment status).

• Enter DOB (DD:MM:YYYY) and after that enter the area Pin code
• If match is found IVRS shall communicate the Aadhaar number.

Option 1:      Please Visit an Aadhaar Enrolment Centre in person and inform the operator that you want to avail ‘Print Aadhaar` service. Provide the following mandatory information: Name, gender and district or Pincode as provided by you at the time of enrolment. If needed, additional available demographic details such as year of birth, C/O, State etc. may also be asked for narrowing down the search. After biometric authentication (fingerprint or iris), if a match is found, the operator will provide printout of the Aadhaar. This service is chargeable at Rs. 30/- per print.

Option 2:      Call UIDAI Helpline number 1947 (Toll Free). After selecting Language option, Key-in option 9 (talk to call centre representative).

• Provide Demographics details (Name, Address, Pincode, DOB etc.) to the representative.
• If match is found, Enrolment ID will be provided on call by the representative.
• Once Enrolment ID is obtained.
• Call UIDAI Helpline number 1947 (Toll free) again. After selecting Language option, Key-in option 1 (request status) followed by option 2 (request of Aadhaar enrolment status).
• Enter the EID number provided to you by the call centre representative.
• Enter DOB (DD:MM:YYYY) and after that enter the area Pin code
• If match is found IVRS shall communicate the Aadhaar number.

1. When child attains an age of 5 years all biometric (Photo, Finger Prints and both Iris) data would be recorded. A de-duplication would be done for the child at this stage. This request will be treated similar to a new enrolment request while retaining the original Aadhaar number. This biometric update is free of cost.

2. When Aadhaar number holder attains age of 15 years, should furnish all biometrics (Photo, Finger Prints and both Iris) for update. This biometric update is free of cost.
